Instructions for Use

1Clean skin, remove liners from pads, center device on upper lip and press firmly.

2Squeeze tabs on gliding tube shuttle and slide clamp close to the ET tube.

3Insert tube into sleeve, remove wrap liner, loop tightly around tube, and pull through clamp.

4Fasten the ET tube wrap by closing the one-click security clamp firmly.

5Thread the strap through the plastic loop and fasten using hook and loop closure.

6Adjust straps to allow two fingers' width between strap and patient's head.
